Eligible entrants. This competition is only open to U.K. residents over 18 years. Only one entry per person or household can be accepted. Entrants must have the permission of the person who pays the telephone bill to call. This competition is not open to employees of Premium Competitions Ltd or their families, PPS's printers, distributors, agents or staff of PPS internet service providers. No purchase is necessary. Entries must be on an unaltered printout of the original email sent by Premium Competitions Ltd, and posted to Internet Competition , Premium Competitions Ltd PO Box 121 Brentford Middlesex TW8 0EW. Entries must be received by Premium Competitions Ltd. no later than noon on the deadline date stated in the "winning letter".
Only one original 'winning letter' can be accepted per envelope. A unique personal claim number is required with each "winning letter" submitted. If the original contents of the "Winning Letters" have been altered or tampered with in any way the entry will be declared void. Entries lost, delayed, mislaid, wrongly delivered, illegible or insufficiently stamped, will be declared void. A certificate of postage is not accepted as proof of delivery. Each "winning letter" must have a unique valid personal claim number. Any "winning letter" without a unique valid personal claim number will be declared void. All claims must reach the PPS offices by noon on the deadline date specified in the "winning letter". Late claims will be declared void. Any queries regarding competition entries must be received within 10 days of the stated closing date.
AWARDS Claiming Small AWARDS. A self addressed label and 4 unattached first class stamps are required to claim all small AWARDS, failure to provide these will make the entry void. There is no pre-determined limit to the number of small AWARDS. Small AWARDS for "Competition 17" include, but not limited to, Music CDs, Digital Wrist Watches, £5 M & S Vouchers, UK Lottery Tickets, Designer Sunglasses, Digital Calendar and Calculator. Small AWARDS may vary from those stated. PPS reserve the right to substitute any AWARD for one of equal value. Claimants should allow 28 days after claiming for delivery of small AWARDS.
Major AWARDS. All claims for major AWARDS, [value greater than £20], must be sent by recorded delivery to Competition 15, Major AWARD Winner, Premium Competitions Ltd. PO Box 121 Brentford Middx TW8 0EW. Major AWARD claims not sent by recorded delivery cannot be verified and are void. Non cash major AWARDS are subject to availability and Premium Competitions Ltd. reserves the right to substitute any AWARD for one of an equal or higher value. All cash AWARDS will be paid by cheque made payable to the winning claimant only. Major AWARDS will only be verified & delivered after the close of the competition on the 31st Dec 2008. A call to the PPS competition 'claims line' does not guarantee a AWARD of a greater value than the cost incurred in the call.
